This 8 x 6 x 9 inch insulated shipping kit pairs a seamless molded 1 1/2 inch thick EPS foam container and tight-fitting lid with a white ECT-32 single wall corrugated outer carton. The foam liner arrives pre-assembled inside the carton, eliminating a setup step at the fulfillment station and keeping pack-out times consistent across high-volume runs.
The defined interior cavity suits temperature-sensitive shipments in food and beverage distribution, pharmaceutical fulfillment, biotech sample transport, and perishable direct-to-consumer retail. The corrugated outer carton is pre-printed with Rush, Perishable, and This Side Up handling instructions, removing the need for supplemental labeling at the pack station.
